After receiving the remittance, the Trademark Office will submit an application to the International Bureau. If remittances are not received by the Trademark Office after 60 days, the application documents and other annexes will be returned to the applicant and the application date and number will no longer be retained. After everything is ready, the International Bureau will receive the application of China Trademark Office.
