三、白俄罗斯商标注册流程
1、形式审查
白俄罗斯商标注册申请递交后，白俄罗斯商标局将对提交的申请文件、商标图样、委托书等文件进行合法性审查；符合规定的，将授予申请日和申请号。
2、实质审查
白俄罗斯商标局根据白俄罗斯商标法律审查申请是否具有可注册性、是否违背商标法的禁用条款等。对未通过实质审查的商标，审查员将书面通知申请人，并告知驳回理由，代理机构将在接到该驳回通知之日后及时提交复审。
3、公告异议
商标通过审查后，申请人会被告知商标申请已接纳并刊登在商标公告上。任何人都可以在 3个月的公告期内提出异议，并陈述理由及提交相关证据。
4、核准注册
经异议被裁定可以注册，或经公告没有异议的白俄罗斯商标注册申请将被核准注册，并下发白俄罗斯商标证书。
四、白俄罗斯商标有效期
白俄罗斯商标的有效期为10年，有效期满需继续使用的，应在期满前6个月内申请续展，续展后有效期仍为10年。

- Formal examination
After the Belarusian trademark registration application is submitted, the Belarusian Trademark Office will conduct legality examination of the submitted application documents, trademark drawings, power of attorney and other documents; if the regulations are met, the application date and application number will be granted.
- Substantive examination
The Belarusian Trademark Office examines whether the application is registrable according to the Belarusian trademark law, and whether it violates the prohibition clauses of the trademark law. For trademarks that fail the substantive examination, the examiner will notify the applicant in writing and the reasons for rejection, and the agency will submit the reexamination in a timely manner after receiving the notification of rejection.
- Announcement of objection
After the trademark has passed the examination, the applicant will be informed that the trademark application has been accepted and published in the Trademark Gazette. Anyone can file an objection within the 3-month announcement period, stating reasons and submitting relevant evidence.
- Approval for registration
After the opposition is ruled that it can be registered, or the Belarusian trademark registration application that has no opposition after the announcement will be approved for registration, and the Belarusian trademark certificate will be issued.
- Validity period of Belarusian trademark
The validity period of a Belarusian trademark is 10 years. If the validity period expires and needs to be continued, an application for renewal shall be made within 6 months before the expiration, and the validity period after the renewal is still 10 years.
